150 HP TIER 4 HYDRAULIC POWER PACK SPECIFICATIONS

  The self-contained hydraulic power pack includes a 120-gallon hydraulic oil revisor, a 30- gallon diesel fuel tank, and a 150 hp Teer 4 diesel engine mounted on a galvanized skid frame measuring 8 ft long by 7 ft high by 5 ft wide. Estimated weight of 6,800 lbs.              READ MORE

  The control package includes a keyed start/stop system that includes an emergency stop button. The control panel consist of one 6000 lb. Lithium liquid filled high pressure service gage to monitor the system operating pressures. Three two position momentary switches are used to operate the three primary shear functions, Gate open and close, lock open and closed, and blade advance and retract.  A set of hand lever controls are also part of the valving circuit provided. The control system is also supplied with a tethered handheld remote control with a 25 ft operating cable.

The hydraulic oil pump is a load sensing, pressure compensating piston pump capable of producing up to 5000 psi when required. When operating the blade advance or retract a throttle solenoid is activated to increase the diesel engine RPM to adjust to the system load conditions while making the cut
